The beach is just at the stop sign to the west. You can watch
partial sunsets from the porch, but the walk to the beach is well worth the steps. The boardwalk and street are also safe
places to rollar blade or take a run, if you need a little exercise.

This is the Passe A Grille fishing pier. You can also walk
about 100 yards to the east bay from the house and fish along the bay walkway, where there are various benches. There is also
a marina at the corner where you can buy bait or charter a boat for fishing or a trip to Shell Island.
